Allow dragging and dropping of local variables into the variable set/change methods. Allowing the altering of local variables within a custom block.
This would be in addition to the regular drop-down method of selecting a variable to act upon.

However, I think that the custom-block's parameters should show up in variable drop downs within the block instead.
