At least I think so.

It was actually “MMWS”, so now it is “MMWS Makes Websites Styled”

It's MMWS, which is a recursive acronym like PHP (PHP Hypertext Protocol) and GNU (GNU's Not Unix)

This one is MMWS Makes Websites Styled though.

Depends. If you install it, you'll be able to convert MMWS to CSS before the user needs to load it, which basically makes it pre-compiled, while using the CDN converts it on the go, which makes it easier to change but uses more processing power on the user's end.

I think he means downloading the file, and linking it that way. Which would be completely OK though won't automatically be up to date like when using a cdn.

Oh ok, I'd still suggest the cdn though. 99.9% of times users will have internet.
