Windows 11 Mobile (OS) for Lumia Devices *MAY FLASH FINAL PROJECT ON REAL LUMIA PHONES, ALSO IMPOSSIBLE*
Could anyone join me with bringing the Microsoft Lumia back by building Windows 11 for this phone?
It will start off as a scratch project, with device specs that match the Lumia 950 XL.
(2560 x 1440)
It's Windows 11, but if you have an old Lumia lying around, could use it? If it's not the 950 XL, you can ask me to add the specs to a list.
Once we've finished: the hard task: flashing it to a real phone!

Except the source code is closed source, and even if you can access it (like I said, idk windows) they’ll sue you if you try to share it.

Windows Mobile was discontinued. The try to keep it private because it shares part of Desktop Windows 10, but the W10 mobile source code is online, search it up.

I barely ever use windows so I don’t have much experience

Um… I'd like to join, but there's one thing that confuses me. How are we going to change the specs of a scratch project, as Scratch is only 640x360 Px.

It's going to be vector. I can convert it to PNG and set the resolution higher.
