it is only leting me have one sprite show at a time even though I have 2 sprites it only shows me the one I'm on.:

Are they costumes or sprites? This is an important distinction, and you haven't answered the question. Costumes are circled in Red, and that's just adding different appearances to the same sprite. Sprites are the stuff in the blue circle.
