Project Could Not Save
Yesterday, I made a new project called ETF12 Tries to Cross the Pit Renewed. It was a revised version of one of my older projects, hence the name. However, I found out that there was a problem with a sprite called Witty Comments. But first, I'd like to tell you about that sprite and what I used it for:
The Witty Comments sprite appeared if the character failed to cross the pit in the project, and is different every time this happens. Examples of witty comments include: “Focus!”, “Yahhh… You were so close” and “Be nimble like Umbreon!” Today, I found out that there was a duplicate witty comment (there were two “Focus!” witty comments) and that one of the comments had a typo ("Lost? Firghtened? Confused?;“ it was meant to say ”Lost? Frightened? Confused?"). I tried to fix them but then this ominous error message popped out:

I tried removing the Witty Comments sprite, and the project was fine. But I didn't want to remove the sprite, so I brought it back to the project like it was before…and the project didn't want to save. I tried removing the thumbnail sprite, and the project was fine again, then stopped saving once I undeleted the thumbnail. I tried removing both sprites, and even when I tried restoring one of them, the project refused to save.
I created a blank project and added a sprite in it, and it didn't save. This may be a problem with all my projects where they didn't save when I added sprites.
If this problem also occurred to you through the day, then it's most likely caused by problems in the Scratch servers. If not, then I'll try turning off my browser extensions or clearing my browser history.
Important Info:
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Firefox 101.0 (I have a rather fast Internet connection, if this is also important for you.)
I can't give you a link to the project I told you about because it's currently unshared. However, I'd like to hear from you! Let's discuss this problem!

I have the same problem. It looks like some bigger assets of my project (some sounds and one costume) can't save. The Scratch server returns a 500 error for them.
Edit: Now it returns a 502 error for all assets

Same here. I was uploading some art (It's slightly high quality because of firealpaca's rendering) and nothing was saved. I downloaded the stuff I did in scratch and tried to reupload it too. It seems the only things that save are the title, descriptions and notes & credits.

What saved for me was only scratch cat in the beginning u know. I put the background and that didn't even save. Doesn't matter, I contacted them.

I think it's happening for everyone.. so lets just wait for ST (scratch team) to fix the problem, ig
Till then we should (to not loose what you did) save the project to our device till it's fixed.. and at least we can do other things here till ST fixes it

Well. It appears that this problem happens to everybody. I think we've found out the reason for the problem.
I hope the Scratch Team will resolve this by tomorrow. I'll try re-adding my witty comments to the project I unshared and see if that'll be OK tomorrow.
I'm not gonna close this topic yet, just in case. But thanks!
I appreciate that I found out everything I need to know! I just wanted to find out if this happened to somebody other than me.
