Honestly this is a terribly set out shop. Apologies if this is rude, but I think it would be a good idea to take some ideas from TES or Lightspeed.

I have a few reasons to say this:

1. Most people would have no idea what you're talking about when you say
“Pfp banner logo new review

Pfp

Colour of your backdrop
Skin tone
Eyeball colour
Dress colour
Hair colour
Example pfpexample”.

2. There's a reason most shops allow due dates. This way, a customer knows when their order should be done. In your case, people would assume you don't allow due dates because you know it's going to take a while anyways.

3. The general layout is very messy, with very few things actually labelled to what they are.

I also suggest the use of quotes to separate content more efficiently.
