If someone is offering to use a robot or program to give you free stats, you should report them, not accept them. Doing that is against the TOS, and I doubt it's a good idea to promote it.

Report it! Altering or changing the Scratch Website in any way is clearly stated as against the CG.
Make sure to silently report them though, as you don't want to cause drama!
