Griffpatch only follows 45 people, which is less than 0.000001%(I believe) of the Scratch population. As such, I’d suggest making good games, and always improving your Scratch skill, something that can be done infinity, which you could show off in your projects. That seems to be a common factor among his following section. He also follows GarboMuffin, who created TurboWarp.
However, we could change our way of looking at this. Rather than going blunt, it’d be easier going up the rings of the latter, for a case of saying. Accorifng to a project I don’t remember the link to, a Griffpatch Number project, most users have a Griffpatch Number of 5, which is Griffpatch is 0, and those he follow have a GN of 1. This who GN1 users follow have a GN of 2. So on, so fourth. So, theoretically, if you could be a common user in someone with a. GN of 4’s activity, with luck, you could theoretically get him to follow you, or at least notice your projects. However, that requires that a ladder si formed of online users(i am sticking with the ladder analogy), that is a user with a GN of 4 is on, and their follower with a GN of 3 is on at a certain time, going up the Griffpatch being on, with all of them checking the front page activity.
You could also aim to get on Trending, which I believe people have been followed by him from their projects being on Trending.

To get on trending, there an algorithm, but no one knows it. He closet thing to knowing that info is that the more loves and favorites a project gets, the more likely it is to get on Trending.ok lets change this to trending -snip-

However, i could look for a F4F studio for you.
Edit: I’ll make an exception.
Edit 2: list of F4F studios: F4F Studios

Highly unlikely.
This is my signature (it goes automatically under every post I make)! Here is a bit of advice on foruming, by the way. Don't do SAND. SAND means four words.
SAND means Spam, Advertising, Necroposting, and Derailing.
Spam is when a irrelevant message is sent to many places. Wiki Article: Spam
Advertising is when you promote your studios and projects. Wiki Article: Advertising
Necroposting is when you post on a old topic. It distracts other helpers! Wiki Article: Necroposting
Derailing is when you post something that is irrelevant to the topic, like minimodding. It is called thread hijacking. Wiki Article: Derailing(Derailing idea comes from this guy),
in the process of leaving scratch.
bob has been hidden again :(

Very, very, very unlikely. He currently follows 45 people which is, uh…
0.000049336% of all the people on Scratch. (Approximately 91 million people.)
So it's safe to say that he probably won't follow you. Don't ask him, though, that'll just decrease your chances.

no.
Please don't remove the automatic browser/OS info after making a new Bugs and Glitches forum post, that information really helps a lot!

I guess if you make something super duper extraordinary, and something that is past the “griffpatch level” of projects, then you might get a follow.
