Hello! This is my first time doing a request, so im sorry if i get some mistakes on the post..
Anyways, you read the title, thats what i want!
Basically ill show an image based off how i want it to look like (this is just a quick sketch using the scratch editor)

Now.. I want it to use some sort of cloning.
For the name, it changes length based off how long the name is.
so if the name was like, “Hexad”, it would probably be 20 pixels wide, and if the name was “Ji”, it would probably be 8 pixels, (just a guess)
Also make sure the triangles next to the letters are their own sprite
I want it to include all letters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, @#$&*()’”%-+=/;:,.!?{}^_|~\<>
Now for the line breaks.. it detects if a word is going outside the box, then it line breaks it so that some letters arent on one line, and some letters are on the bottom line. as shown with the red and green text.
For the custom block.. it would probably look like

define (name) says (text) voice (sound name)

^ this is what i sort of want it to look like
note : please make the letters white, and in some sort of 8-16 bit font

I could probably help. I already have a speech engine but I need to change it to fit your requirements.

Yep, Just take the sprite and paste it into your game. Just go to costumes and you can change all the visuals.

I will keep close track of this post. I also have a text engine but it doesn’t include all symbols and also doesn’t have line breaking. It’s also not shared.
