But the boolean already defined if answer = 2, so there is no need for the options feature.

Yes there is, because instead of this…
What is 1+1?
(text box)
you have this:
What is 1+1?
  • 1
  • 2

Um, wouldn't it make more sense to use a list as the input?

That would be inconvenient, since you'd have to create some lists.

Point, though there are some cases where the list option would be more convenient (such as having text options), so having both would make the most sense, I guess.

New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New is a duplicate. To check for duplicates, you can use Ocular.

They want to make sure they don't type in something like 3.

How would this look to the viewer?

Another question: what if you want there to be more than one answer? Is that what those “<“ “>” arrows are for?

That one appears to be multiple suggestions - and it has very little detail or discussion. I think we'll stick with this one, thanks.

And, it would look like this:
ask [] using [list v] as options and wait :: list

What would this look like in action? Would there still be a box to enter text? If so, could you still write anything? Would it keep asking until you answered one of the options? In this block, I see no need for the answer box, and instead the need for a panel that contains clickable options.
Also, please don't create those spammy titles, it is much easier for the rest of us when the title of your suggestion tells us what you are suggesting, and without 39 “new's”.

Yeah, what is this suggestion, anyway?

It is irritating, and it tells us nothing about your suggestion. It draws negative attention, the Scratch Team likes neat and descriptive titles.
