1. Make a block that looks like this.

Word (text) for (Number) seconds

( text ): Makes the sprite say whatever you want.

( Number ): Makes the sprite say the words for any number of second.

2. Add a variable.
The variable must look like this.

(letter)

This makes how many digits your sprite can say.
Right-click the “letter” variable in the preview to hide.

3. Add a list.
The list must look like this.

(list :: Words)

This makes the words turn into a list, each digit by digit.
Right-click the list in the preview to hide.

4. Add a sound.
The sound must be short, about the time of a second or less.

play sound [short sound v]

FULL CODE:

define Word (text) for (Number) seconds
set [letter v] to [1]
delete (all v) of [words v]
repeat (length of [(text)])
add (letter (letter) of [(text)]) to [Words v]
change [letter v] by (1)
say (Words :: Words)

This is a very good tutorial, but I'm pretty sure this isn't the correct forum heh ;^^ This is show and tell, where you can advertise/show your projects. Also, as far as I can remember, the forums aren't really looking for guides right now-

This is true: maybe you could make this a page on the wiki? Although I’m nt sure how the wiki works, so maybe not.
