Is It Useful?

It's very useful for multiple scenarios.

For one, in simulators (for example a desktop simulator), it could be used to navigate back to the home screen.

Furthermore, this forum is for requesting help with scripts. Please post topics like these in the Questions about Scratch forum or the Suggestions forum (if you want it to be removed, change, etc)

This can be a very useful block. However, only if you know how to use it, and use it well!
It can be used to navigate to home screens ( as stated above), it can be an alternate block to if the sprite in that case is the entire screen!
