This project hasn't been updated for years. I doubt it will ever have save/load functionality. Scratch 3.0 is in development and should run on mobile devices.

cuz, flash uses camera dialog and this will not work on android

IMPORTANT!
If you want to use Scratch on a mobile device, this is not the way. Scratch 3.0 is under development and will support mobile devices.

For discussion on the development of Scratch 3.0, please see this thread.
Whereas this version of 2.0 has been a novelty, it has never been ready for practical use. Scratch 3.0 is coming along well and should meet the demands of all Scratch users.
