Unofficial - Scratch 2.0 Compiled For Mobile - Download Now! (iOS and Android)
For those of you asking for Scratch to be made for iOS and Android, look no further! I've started to get it working for both Android and iOS. Simply download the free APK or iPA and install it on your device (installation instructions below). Now you can finally enjoy Scratch wherever you are
Since this is just a concept idea, some things may not work as expected. This does not reflect the PC version of Scratch 2.0 in any way.

Download
Android
iOS
I'm also working on a version that allows you to pinch to zoom and pan. It's quite buggy, but if you'd like to see what it's like so far, you can download it from the link belowhttps://github.com/elfin8er/Scratch-Mobile/releases/tag/v1.0.0_z
Installation InstructionsiOS (Must be jailbroken)
1. Download Scratch.iPA from the link above.
2. Install AppSync on your device via Cydia
3. Be sure you have iTunes downloaded on your computer.
4. Double click on the iPA file and install it onto your iOS device.Android
1. Download Scratch.apk from the link above.
2. Transfer the APK to your device.
3. Allow your device to install apps from unknown locations (different for some devices)
4. Install the APK using your favorite file manager.
(coming to the app store soon (hopefully))
Screenshots
Notes
If anybody would like to make icons for these apps, feel free! I need some icons of different sizes. 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 128x128. High-res please
The app may not look very good on higher-res Android devices. This may be able to be solved easily, or it may require parts of Scratch to be rewritten, I'm not sure.
Both apps are a little bit buggy, but it'll hopefully let you at least get some concepts started. For an example, I don't believe saving and loading projects work on either device. Still experimenting on other Android and iOS devices though…
For those of you who have a jailbroken iOS device, I'll hopefully upload the iPA to Cydia so you can more easily install the app directly on your device. As for Android, if I can get permission from the Scratch team, I'll upload it to the app store (I already have a developer license). Though, it is open source so permission may not be needed…
Until I can find someone with a developer license, the ipa will remained un-signed and only install-able on a jailbroken device with AppSync installed.

Looks awesome! Going to get my Nexus 7 now. Will edit this post after I've had a little while to check it out.
Edit: You might want to add that you need to install Adobe AIR for Android. Not sure about iOS, though.
Edit: Ok, played with it for a little bit. Here are the limitations, for people who want to install
Can't zoom in, so it makes everything pretty small
Paint editor doesn't function
The library of sprites doesn't work either
Anything that has to do with a webcam won't work
I am running my Nexus 7 in ART mode, so that may contribute to a problem.
Other than that, it runs alot more smoothly than I thought it would.
Also, somebody else has already put the Scratch 2 editor in the Google Play Store. App has been removed from the Play Store

Good to know! I was thinking about modding a version to work better on mobile. It's just a matter of whether or not I can figure it out, and make it look good. Looks awesome! Going to get my Nexus 7 now. Will edit this post after I've had a little while to check it out.

Tried the updated app on my Galaxy S5, cause I didn't have my Nexus 7 with me at the time.
The zoomed out view seems to be the biggest problem at the moment. It lagged for a while at first, but after, maybe 10 seconds, it ran silky smooth!
The view is still zoomed out, so it made it hard to press things.
Sprites, backgrounds, and sounds can now be imported.
I only got one sound to play (a woman's cough). It probably just takes a long time to load. Once the sound was imported, I couldn't get it to play.
Paint editor, for sprites and backgrounds, seems to work now.
I think you can import your own sounds, the only sound files I had were .ogg, so it gave me an error and said to try an MP3 or WAV.
I couldn't switch between sprites, because every time I tapped on the sprite in the sprite pane, it thought I was dragging it.
It was hard to switch between backgrounds and costumes, because it thought I was dragging them.
Got a simple “When this sprite clicked”, “say Hello for 2 secs” running.

I would like to point out some people won't want to have there iOS “jailbroken” as it makes it vulnerable, so try to make it possible for non-“jailbroken” devices.
Nothing Is EVER 100%, that is just an assumption.

My “..” and “…” are not spelling mistakes, it means that they are ways of telling someone that I can continue more about it and that the sentence isn't ended the best way. I like putting new indents and lines so I can split up what I am talking about.

The reason why I can't get this working for non-jailbroken devices is because I'm not an Apple Developer. If anybody has an Apple Developer license and would be able to sign this app for us, let me know. This should hopefully allow non-jailbroken devices use this application.
As for the things not working on some devices, I was thinking it'd be cool to create a Scratch 2.0 Mobile Mod, but I don't think I'd know how to fix much of these issues…

So you made this, or did you just find it? Is the app really the 2.0 webpage and the app just bundles flash with it to make it work, or is a standalone application? Have you given correct credit to the Scratch Team in the app, if you made it?

He did make it and it is a standalone application compiled with Adobe AIR. I think Android requires the AIR runtime to be installed to use it. So you made this, or did you just find it? So you mean he programmed it from the bottom up or used source code? And is correct credit given? Looks quite interesting, however my phone's screen is so tiny it would be unfair to try it.He did make it and it is a standalone application compiled with Adobe AIR. For ios why can't you just put the download on a website and make it say “website would like to install Scratch”
Sadly, my kumquats were eaten by an evil forum signature.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that'd only work for appstore apps. For ios why can't you just put the download on a website and make it say “website would like to install Scratch”
