Should I report this project a second time?

A few months ago, I reported an exact copy of another project and it still hasn't been taken down. Should I report it again?

Yes, go ahead. It’s okay to report a project multiple times, as long as the project 1. Actually breaks the community guidelines (in this case, it does,) and 2. You wait about a week or so in between reports (which you most certainly have.)

Likely because the OP stated that it is an exact copy of another project. Such projects violate the remixing policy.
