Here is my suggested block:

stop [ selected scripts in sprite ]

Then there would be a feature to select certain scripts. This would be useful if you want to stop some scripts but keep other scripts running. It would work!

loop if you do not have one. Use

to stop the script. Set it to false when the green flag is clicked.

How would this categorize all the scripts?

I'd rather use broadcasts for specific scripts you need to stop, and start.
