I check the crazy project and scratch is crashed for the first time, How to stop scratch from crashing?

One way is to shut down other tabs on your computer that you don't need. This will save system resources and make scratch less likely to crash.

It's working fine for me. Maybe there's some issue with your system.

If it has crashed for the first time, don't worry about it. The Scratch GUI / VM (the editor and player) crashes from time to time.

Option one: close down the rest of your tabs to save resources.
Option two: Use another browser, like Firefox. Chrome can be a little unreliable for very large projects, though Firefox can run them, just at a lower framerate.
Option three: Find and use a better computer. Windows 7 IS an old OS and is not as powerful as newer versions of windows such as windows 11.

My sister don't want windows 8, 8.1, 10 or more

Nope, unfortunately that is incorrect. A specific OS cannot be “faster” than another, it mostly depends on the hardware (CPU, RAM, etc) but it's just that Windows 11 contains new and more updated security features. Your operating system version generally shouldn't matter for using Scratch as long as your browser is up to date.

I'm on Windows 11 Home and Scratch 3.0 just keeps on crashing. Like right now, I'm logged in but it won't let me go into my stuff!
