I suggest we add a #StandWithUkraine emoji as the current situation going on in Ukraine is much more serious than the BLM or pride month stuff, hundreds of people are dying each day and we can't just stand there and do nothing about it

Yes, but only bad Russians support the invasion of Ukraine, BLM and pride month can also be seen as a provocation of Racism and Homophobia
Probably not, almost every Ukrainians are against them, Russia cannot kill all of them, plus the Ukrainians can post anti-invasion stuff with or without the emoji

If the addition of this emoji is communicated to the Russian military or the Russian politburo, we are in serious trouble.
Even just “adding an emoji to defend” could result in a massacre of unprecedented proportions.
In addition to war, there are many countries that are suffering from starvation, malnutrition, and other problems in other directions. Some countries are still in conflict. Also, as Scratch is a worldwide community, it should be neutral.

I'm Ukrainian, and I want them to stand. However, this could get political (though I don't think that Russian forces look at Scratch) however, the same thing with BLM and pride, there are different sides, yet the flags got added. There are many flag emojis, why not add all of them to not be blocked?

I much prefer if scratch (as in the website) stays out of the war. Whether the scratchers decide to post support for Ukraine or not depends on the scratchers.

wouldn’t this be a bit… negative? blm and pride emojis are about supporting groups of people who are treated differently, and while this is the same, it’s also supporting one side of a small-scale war.

Not really small-scale, everybody knows about it, and why do you think that Biden declared sanctions? Anyways, why not unblock all of the flag emojis? I don't see how they're bad…
