hello, internet people.
i made what is pretty much a ray, that draws a line from the player until it touches the level sprite or the background.
the bug is this: when the line's direction is perfectly 0, 90, 180, or -90, the entire script LAGS.

It's because the pen is mad that you forgot their birthday, and if you don't buy them a present soon things will get ugly
