Clarification of deleted posts
Posts are often deleted in discussion forums. However, when a post is deleted, the link referring to the deleted post will no longer work, causing confusion.
Therefore, we ask that when ScratchTeam removes a post, it be replaced with a post that says
I speak Japanese. Use translation for English.

I don't think the access denied page causes much confusion, people can easily figure out that the post was dust binned. It is also easier to dustbin a post than replace it with the post saying “post removed”. Maybe there can be a new, scratch-made error page for dust binned posts?

50% support.
Pros:
1. Less confusion from users.
Cons:
1. If there are too much deleted posts, it might overwhelm the topic with a bunch of “This post removed”
I think it's better to replace it with
“This post is removed” for grammar reasons.

Aren't posts deleted because the moderators do not want it to be seen by the community? Showing the post to everyone would probably cause more trouble.
