Customer Rules

- Please be soft with your words.

- The least deadline you can give is of 4 days when ordering.

- Please first try to consult with the person who did your order to make any changes to the product you ordered rather than giving a bad review straight
away.

Partner Rules

- We will only take 2 orders per week from partner shops.

- We will try to only give 3 orders per week to partner shops.

Staff Rules

- Please be soft with your words when replying to the customer.

- When you finish an order go the Staff section, copy the staff resource that fits your needs and use it for replying to the customer

- When doing an order, quote the customer's order form and say accepted/taken.

- Always try to consult with the customer to make sure the product is to their satisfaction.

Our Rights

- We can reject orders if ordered in a rude way.

- We can reject orders if not ordering using correct forms.

- The owner has the right to change the shop name, forms, rules, etc.

BoD:

President: Its_Padar ~ Manages the whole shop, can do basically anything

Vice-President: Available Position ~ Takes over when the President is inactive, can do basically anything except fire the president and close the shop

Chairman: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Vice-President is inactive, can do anything except fire the Vice-President and President and close the shop

Partner Manager: Available Position ~ Manages partners, partnering requests and partnering with other shops

Vice-Partner Manager: Available Position ~ Takes over when the PMO is inactive

Security: Available Position ~ Reports Block-Spam, Spam, necroposting and off-topic posts to keep the shop tidy. Also answers questions of customers

Vice-Security: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Security is inactive

Secretary: Purvitekriwal ~ Manages the Unclaimed Orders Centre

Vice-Secretary: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Secretary is inactive

Helper 1: Available Position ~ Fills in gaps in the BoD if both the vice and main are inactive

Helper 2: Available Position ~ Does the same as Helper 1
