Thank you for taking the time to read the Urmoji rules. We have some rules that you need to know in order to make things and/or apply for this collaboration. If you do not like these rules, then please do not apply and please do not use our product

Terms Of Use
Urmoji is an application designed for creativity and enjoyment to our consumers. We want to make some really amazing and share it to Scratch. Limits don't exist is our motto but this doesn't mean breaking rules. We say this in terms of lots of different accessories. We do not mean breaking the Scratch CGs or ToS. Please do not abuse our motto by breaking rules as you will be suspended. We want to create a creative, safe, fun environment for people of all ages. It is not recommended to tease people by making them look bad as that is defeating the purpose of what we are trying to accomplish

Do not hate other people based on how their things look. We want everyone to be nice to other people and treat people how they want to be treated. If we see any hate in our product, we will report you to Scratch or delete your comments. We want our users to feel comfortable while using our product. If you are getting abused, please let us know in the Urmoji discussions on GitHub (link coming soon)

Applying
Urmoji is only hiring the best of the best. We aren't like other collaborations. We aren't going to accept everybody. Now, this might become inactive. We don't care. We care about the final product, and then we will focus on the attention. We want to stay motivated and not let fame control us.

When applying, you will have to fill out all spaces in the form (except the other). Doing so will decrease your chance of acceptance. We also expect you to use grammar and spelling as well. For the art examples, it all depends on what type of art. If it is sloppy, small, or just not qualified enough, there is a chance of us rejecting your application

When your application gets denied, you will have to wait 1 week to reapply. We want to make sure that you have changed something. Please do not reuse a form. Change something. Don't just change the wording though. Change things that won't be the same as your previous form. We want to see that you have changed in a week. Show different art examples if necessary.

We will not be using the SVE (Scratch Vector Editor) for making designs. We will use an external vector art program called Figma. A Figma Account is required to join the team. If you do not have a Figma account, you are not qualified to join Urmoji. We are not using alternatives. Figma has a lot of features while also being simple and easy for people who know how to do art.

We will be hosting activity checks every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at a random time. We want to push our contributors into doing things and getting things done. Please do not rush through the artwork. We want quality over quantity. We don't want to be like other icon creators with hair that looks rushed.

It is optional to have a GitHub account. We will have a GitHub organization for artwork and for Discussions but it isn't necessary. If you want to get added to GitHub, you can state your username on GitHub when we have a GitHub published.

Please do not use things from other icon creators. We want to be creative and original by making our own hair, glasses, and more. If we catch you using hair from another icon creator, you will possibly be suspended or even removed from the collaboration if it is really bad.

Thank you for reading the staff rules. Enter “design” in your form to get your application accepted. Hide it or else you will be rejected.

But wait doesn't go yet! There are more rules. I did this to hide the thing. When you get accepted, if you do not have much experience, you will be taken to the Urmoji University Diagnostic. This will determine your art experience to see if your form is really telling the truth or not. If you get a score lower than average, we might think that your form is false and we will remove you from the collaboration. We want the best of the best and we do not want rookies in our collaboration (not to be rude) since we are having details.

As of right now, we will only have 15 contributors. We will add more as time goes on. The reason why is because we don't want to be like other collaborations where it is messy and unorganized. We want to be neat and we want to do stuff in an orderly fashion. When we have more contributors, we will have a school for them on how to do Urmoji designs which will help them understand what type of art we would do.

There is only one position, artist. The reason why is because that is the only thing we will be doing. We won't be making code except for the design engine. But that's it. No fancy stuff. We are going for neat and basic.

Please note that this will get changed as time goes on. We will add more things to the diagnostic such as what we expect, the grade chart, and more. We will tell users 24 hours prior to the change to these rules. If you think these rules aren't fair, please contact us on our GitHub (link coming soon). If you have made it this far, enter “neat” in your form. Please hide it as your application will be rejected.
