im making a sound voltex game in scratch but i cant think of how i will make notes work or making different charts

For making charts, you should be able to import the songs from sound voltex. The actual notes… Not sure. You're going to have to keep it looking good whilst maintaining performance. You also can't really implement 3d without hurting the performance.
