Why Does scratch force You to push emails on he scratch foundation page

why does scratch force you to subscribe to their emails is it acceptable?

I've never seen that screen before! I might be wrong, and the following needs someone else's approval, but it might be a phishing site, or maybe something that you don't have to subscribe to.

Go to the scratch foundation and sign up for the notifications and don't click send me emails and it will say something was wrong and it will say fill in this form! so it forces you https://www.scratchfoundation.org/

They aren't forcing you to do anything. They are giving you the option to sign up for email updates, but aren't requiring you to. You have every right not to fill out that form, and you will not face any adverse consequences for it.

resign up for it and don't click send me emails from this scratch is basically forcing and don't say anything you have every right to cuss they forcing you

I don't quite understand what you mean. On my end, the only way I can get to that form is by clicking “Sign Up” near the bottom of the page. I don't see anything forcing me to give them an email address.
