I don’t know if this is how it’s meant to be but I can’t find my game jame that was previously on incubator and is still on itinerary.

This is normal. Since this is a testing phase of Incubator, all the jams will be replaced with test jams until the full release.

^ that's one of the best things ever. but it doesn't have the cookie ( it got replaced with cinnabons

) and there's no drawers.

They won't be replaced but someone might have deleted your game jam to test admin features.
