I think the simplest way is setting min-heigh:100vh; display: flex; flex-direction: column; on .container and margin-bottom: auto; on .content.

Is it about something you are planning on making but haven't made yet? If so, please wait to post until you have created a working prototype. This is a key factor to keeping the ATs as clean as possible.
The ATs aren't technical support. It is perfectly valid to ask questions about things related to programming, but not issues with external websites, apps, or devices. Most sites have their own support system; try asking there!
Is it related to something you are making in Scratch? (This includes OSes and other Scratch projects) If so, please post in Collaboration, Show and Tell, or another similar forum.
Is your topic questionably “advanced”? Try browsing the other forums to see if your topic fits better in one of those.
Issues with Scratch itself should be put in Bugs and Glitches.

Before you post: Is what you're posting likely to start an argument or derail the thread (e.g., browsers, operating systems)? If so, please re-think your post!

Not exactly. It's a different project with different goals but I guess you could say it's Scratch Tools's successor.

My initial plan was to allow managers to set a fix time frame where people can vote after the jam so projects submitted at the last moment could still be recognised. However, I didn't implement this feature yet.

Updates:

Changed: Containers now stretch all the way horizontally on smaller devices
Bugfix: Fixed a bug that caused the markdown preview tab not to update in the “Edit game jam” modal
Bugfix: Fixed a bug that caused the Footer to float in the middle of the page on game jam pages where content was short

Oh, okay! That's actually an intentional separator. It's supposed to help people differentiate between the different actions in the navigation bar. There's also one on the right when you are logged in to separate the actions of viewing your profile and logging out:
