Hello, and welcome!
These awards were inspired by the Fantastic AIGamesDeveloper and their Emerawards. However our aim is to have a wider variety of awards to allow for all to acquire a medal. These awards were founded and will be run by Jolia (Jolia_RKW).

How it Works
This event works like so:
• Shops will be invited and must redeem their invite to join. There will also be a few select wildcard spaces for any uninvited shops to join. If a shop closes before or during the Earth Awards and a 2.0/replacement appears then that replacement can attend the awards. There is also a single member section where a single Scratcher can join and compete for special awards.
• Volunteer judges will be allowed to join during the beginning of the awards. They will help judge and give a final score on participant designs. Final scores will be the mean average (all scores from all judges added together and divided by however many judges) and rounded to 1 decimal place.
• All orders will be posted and will be the same product, timeframe, description and theme. Shops and Scratchers then compete for awards
• After judging, final scores and awards will be sent out.

Categories and theme for the event

For this event, there are 2 main categories:
Shops
In this category, invited and wildcard shops will compete for shop awards such as fastest order, last order, overall best etc. These awards can be displayed in the shop to encourage customers and show their skill.
Single Scratchers
This category is for single shop workers or Scratchers who compete to gain awards like fastest worker, best overall worker, most polite worker etc. These can be displayed in portfolios or when applying in shops to show their skills and determination as a single Scratcher.

The overall theme for the Earth Awards and it's entries is Nature. This theme has been chosen to remind us that Earth is home to millions of species ranging from insects to mammals to fungi and algae as well as humans. It was chosen to celebrate the Earth's diversity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I work in multiple shops that are participating?
You can create an entry and enter for all shops

What it I'm a judge and work at a participating shop?
You CANNOT submit an entry for that shop/s. If there is a vote to decide on an entry you CANNOT participate in that vote. As a judge, if you judge a shop you work in you must STILL remain unbiased.

What if I own a participating shop and I'm the only one who makes an entry?
You can enter it UNLESS you are a judge. Then, let me know and I'll remove you as a judge so you can enter

Can multiple entries be submitted for a single shop?
Only ONE ENTRY per shop/single Scratcher. I recommend letting all workers create a design and hold a vote then enter the highest-voted banner.

I'm so confused what do I have to do?!
First, if your shop is invited redeem teh invite by filling out the form. If you would like to apply as a single Scratcher or wildcard shop, fill out the dedicated form. Once Accepted, wait until the official Earth Awards order is placed. (You'll be able to see it clearly). This order will be for a banner/thumbnail and have details the same for all orders. Each shop and Scratcher must then complete this order for it to be judged.

Basically all you have to do is make a banner
