How do you upload videos and why did people in RP get band?

I don’t know how to upload videos. in a RP someone got band for saying “this is bad” scratch thought they were talking about a project but there wasn’t a project it was comments for a studio.:

That's intentional. You can't upload video files, like .MP4 or .webm files.

Test how good your computer is at doing math. 3DS and Wii U online after shutdown.

1. Try saving the video as images and display them one by one in a fact motion, that's what video basically is.
2. The filter bot is infamous for ignoring context.
