Okay so cutscene wise, it’s not gonna be animation since I gotta prioritise with SE & CS animation, so cutscenes will prob be more like comic books or somin idk…

Prologue: What's the story for this?
Ep1: Which villain is she stealing for? What is she stealing? What is the significance of Catwoman in the overall story.
Ep2: Who is assaulting Arkham (I assume it's Batman)? How does this all affect the story? Will we meet any villains that could possibly play into future installments? Riddler? Mr. Freeze? Mad Hatter? Maybe Batman bumps into a certain Dr. Harleen Quinzel?
Ep3: So, how exactly does all of this happen. Is Scarecrow defeated already? And all of this is happening in Arkham?
Ep4: I guess a bunch of inmates and rogues get out of the prison and cause havoc in the city.
Ep5: Yup…your explanation is pretty self-explanatory.
Ep6: So, the main villain is Strange? Okay! How exactly is the gameplay gonna work? Because…Hugo Strange isn't the strongest fighter out there…also, who's penthouse is it? Bruce's or Hugo's?

0 - idk, just some background info on Gotham

1 - stealing for crane, it’s a USB which allows access to the lower levels of Gotham to the water supply >:}
2 - It’s Batman with Catwoman, he’s going to find crane who at this time is doing an Evaluation on a certain man named Arthur Fleck
3 - he goes home and Alfred asks him about everything Etc, Bruce discovers that the scarecrow has put out a message on TV (the one seen in the trailer), Bruce goes to sleep on it but in the night is gassed and has to fight scarecrow who recieved a payment from Catwoman for her freedom for Batman’s location which she knows since due to her trust issues has a tracker on Batman, scarecrow is defeated but reveals that he has already set the charges in the water supply and the fear gas is gonna start coming out now
4 - yep, we learn that Hugo let them out
5 - yep (another scarecrow fight here)
6 - It in Hugo’s pent house and Batman has been gassed, Meaning along with Hugo and his guards he’s fighting Demons, snakes, bats et cetera, Batman beats strange and strange with used to him that he is trying to save Gotham and rid this city Of its entire population because then the corrupt have no power, Batman asks why, and Hugo says he is trying to protect the city from the court of owls, but Hugo is suddenly shot dead by a Talon who flees.

End….I need a way to make the game feel longer, cuz rn it’s sounds like it’s set over like 2 days, and I want at least a week

You could elongate the period with the city-wide evacuation. Maybe have Batman fighting a bunch of inmates over the course of a couple of days.
