1. Get inspired/More ideas
Try spending some time to look at other scratch projects. You can get inspired by them and create something that you like! But make sure you don't copy/steal anything. If you are willing to make a project similar to others, give credit or remix. And tell them if it's ok to do that because some people won't feel comfortable. Look at the world around you! Do some quality check for your ideas because you don't want to do something that no one will want to pay attention to!

2. Make an attractive thumbnail
People check if your thumbnail is attractive or not. If not, then they won't care looking at it. Just imagine your project is great but your thumbnail is boring, people won't care to look at it. I might be wrong but mostly it happens.

3. Write something that is interesting
In your desc, people will read what you're saying! Spend a lot of time on your desc, make sure it is perfect and it has quality. It should be very interesting in a good way. Puts some #

4. Quality check and programming
Some projects don't need code, but you have to do a trial run on your work and your coding! Do at least 3 trial runs! If something is wrong, you could ask help in Discuss Scratch or get some help from the real world!
