First Look 9/10
Overall your title and front page look very nice but your title is lacking fancy fonts. The symbols in your title are a nice touch though. Your front page looks very organized but where you list the products you give, just use the center tag and remove the bullet points.
BBCode Formatting 9/10
Your BBcode is very nice. Though, in the forms and partners, you put the forms (and partners) inside of another quote box and is looks like a mistake so maybe put them in separate quote boxes. I would also recommend a shop color. Go to Google (or another search engine) and type hex color picker. Then choose a nice color for your shop. You can look at the White Tiger Federation for ideas.
Product Quality 9.5/10
The only thing was that it was blurry, but you have a good reason why.
Speed 10/10
It came the same day I asked for it!

I was notified where I asked and the staff were very nice.

I have to give you low grade on this one only because you don't have a log, portfolio, news. Maybe add those!

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:
- Add fancy fonts to your title
- Remove the bullet points from your “what we offer” section
- Make the forms and partners in separate quote boxes
- Make a shop color
- Try to take your time when completing an art order

Description: Shutdown and Startup failure should be dramatic, but not to dramatic. The Success of startup and shutdown should kind of exiting yet some drama because you would not know if it will be a Success or a failure. Also, Please make it sound good and not bad. I spent a lot of time on the game.(The game is a singularity reactor.)
