Rights and Rules

Customer Rules

- Please be soft with your words.

- The least deadline you can give is of 4 days when ordering.

- Please first try to consult with the person who did your order to make any changes to the product you ordered rather than giving a bad review straight
away.

Partner Rules

- We will only take 2 orders per week from partner shops.

- We will try to only give 3 orders per week to partner shops.

Staff Rules

- Please be soft with your words when replying to the customer.

- When you finish an order go the Staff section, copy the staff resource that fits your needs and use it for replying to the customer

- When doing an order, quote the customer's order form and say accepted/taken.

- Always try to consult with the customer to make sure the product is to their satisfaction.

Rights

- We can reject orders if ordered in a rude way.

- We can reject orders if not ordering using correct forms.

- The owner has the right to change the shop name, forms, rules, etc.

BoD:

President: Its_Padar ~ Manages the whole shop, can do basically anything

Vice-President: Available Position ~ Takes over when the President is inactive, can do basically anything except fire the president and close the shop

Chairman: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Vice-President is inactive, can do anything except fire the Vice-President and President and close the shop

Partner Manager: Available Position ~ Manages partners, partnering requests and partnering with other shops

Vice-Partner Manager: Available Position ~ Takes over when the PMO is inactive

Security: Available Position ~ Reports Block-Spam, Spam, necroposting and off-topic posts to keep the shop tidy. Also answers questions of customers

Vice-Security: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Security is inactive

Secretary: Available Position ~ Manages the UOC

Vice-Secretary: Available Position ~ Takes over when the Secretary is inactive

Handyman: Available Position ~ Fills in gaps in the BoD if both the vice and main are inactive

Vice-Handyman: Available Position ~ Takes over when the handyman is inactive or has their hands full

FAQ

Q: What is this?
A: This is a shop, where you can buy things for free.

Q: How do I order?
A: You can order using the order forms on our order forms page.

Q: Can I become a staff member?
A: Yes, anyone who has enough experience can become a staff member.

Q: How do I become a staff member?
A: Fill in the application on the Staff page.

Q: What is the BoD?
A: BoD stands for Board of Directors, they are basically a group of people who run the shop and manage it.

Q: How do I become a member of the BoD?
A: To be eligible as a BoD member, you must have been in the shop for at least 1 week (exceptions mentioned in the rules) and have taken and done at least 2 orders. If you meet these criteria, fill in the form in the staff page.

Q: What is the UOC?
A: The UOC means Unclaimed Order Centre. This is the place where orders go so that the staff can see and do them.

In order to get BBcode for your shop, all you need to do is reply to this post or post on our page with a description of what you want, how soon you need it, and any other important info
If your shop is still very new, we can provide top-notch banners for your shop. Just provide us with all the important info about what you want
We also provide advertising. You can find the advertising form in the forms section on our page.
Finally, monthly shop reviews are given to your shop once* a month. Before the review comes, we will post a test order at your shop so that we are able fill some categories in the review.
