How do I get a signature?

I've been seeing lots of people with a signature on discuss scratch these days and I'm starting to wonder how you get one. The signatures people have when they reply to forums are cool and I really want one. What I'm really asking is how you get a signature because I think they look cool.

Im not on scratch anymore.
My reason is because SOMEONE on different website that I didn't even sign into set their username to this account's user and then did bad stuff there and I'm worried my mom will think what's not true.

To create a signature, go to the Discuss Scratch homepage, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click “Change your signature.”
