Because of email ban, it's to prevent banned users from coming back and causing more damage, please don't use your friend's email because he could also get email banned, create a new email and use the new one instead

Please don't ban evade as jt can uncrease the length of your suspension, there should be an appeal link in your ban page so click on that and write a ban appeal, in about a month the ST may get back to you saying that your account has been unbanned.

It's not allowed. If anything, using a new e-mail or IP to intentionally evade blocking looks even worse.

@-Oatfeather-: If you need to have an account unblocked, you will need to send in a proper appeal message (unless the block was temporarily, then you need to wait it out). If you alreayd sent one and got a message from a mod stating that the account will not be unblocked, then you will need to have an adult (parent, legal guardian, or teacher) to contact the Scratch Team about the account.
