So, if you're experiencing Blurry Block Glitches where the blocks in the editor are blurry, this is a Chrome/Chromium and Firefox bug. It doesn't happen on Edge and Safari before 15, I tested it with a script that causes it. I made this topic because a lot of people are experiencing this. Please report the issue to Google/Mozilla if you encounter it and use a different browser.

Edit: This is now happening with the newest version of edge.
Edit: Chrome is not fixed.
Edit: There are people who claim to have it in Safari.

Also, their reasoning was different from the actual cause.

That explains why I don't get the major issue. Although the blocks had always been blurring a little bit, but they weren't unreadable.

It happens especially when running them and when they are of length or a specific length.

This only happens when the script is running though. It's not that big of a problem you can still read it!

I HATE those blurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry block glitches it's so hard to read

Oh… that explains why when it’s one singular block it’s fine, but when you attach it to a long script, it’s affected again.

On which versions? Safari 15 has caused a lot of bugs.

happens to me when i run a script

i was making fnf in scratch and this is what it look like:


so uhhh i can tell the glitch im on chromebook but when i go to MAC PC the block blurs it up!

I clicked green flag and in my project it blurred the blocks(SAFARI)

Hi yes. I had that problem
It ussaly happens when i was done with a code then i
Click the green flag to test if the code works the code becomes blurry and unseeable and that happens to me when i only done 2-4 blocks of code.but it happend so much time when i done like 30 blocks or more.


somethings i did to avoid that
•if it happens i try to click on somewhere around the code (not at the code)
And it din't became blurry again but it happens again sometimes but that should fix the problem at the time.

I suggest to try that trick because it works for me
