Here is my review

First look

I really like the stars you put in the title, but maybe use another font for it? I recommend using this project for different fonts.

Appearance

It looks pretty good, but I would suggest having an official colour using the

[color=something][/color]

tag. Also, you can use the

[center][/center]

to center text

Quality & Speed

I've looked at one of your completed orders, you were fast with it. I think the quality needs to be improved though. Instead of using the paintbrush in the editor, you could reshape circles and squares for a better result.

Overall

70/100
With a few tweaks, this shop will do just fine. Also, you can add a staff codeword to make sure they have read everything. Also, you might want to check your spellings, because some were incorrect. Good spelling will make you look more professional.
