ways to improve:
add background color
style the buttons better
use css buttons not normal buttons (u probably dont understand but ok)

Well, I don't know a whole lot of CSS, so it is still very basic. I plan to add more as time goes on.

I took a look at the V1.0 project earlier.
I could help fill up some of those blank slots with a WAVE-8 port (Tfiles integration sounds interesting) and/or a Scratch Video Player V1.2 port- Here's my application:

So, I went ahead and made a remix of TileOS with WAVE-8: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/604552546/

This is probably the most exhaustive port of WAVE-8 I've done so far. Here's a list of features:

- Fast drawing mode is now default-
- Rudimentary audio support- (It's not the full 1-bit audio synthesis of Wave V0.6 but more than other WAVE-8 ports)
- Draggable window
- You can now import your CHIP-8 games as Files. These can be loaded from and (presumably) used with Tfiles as they use the Files list. The rom data is stored in the filename itself to make accessing it a little easier.

I also took the liberty of making the UI of TileOS faster: I also doubled the speed of transitions, changed the “logging into server” message from being said for a randomly selected amount of time from 5-120 seconds to a firm 2. App icons also appear 2x as fast.

I came up with an amazing idea. In the “Apps” sprite, the code is:

when I start as a clone
forever
if <touching [mouse-pointer v] ?> then
if <(clone id)=(1)> then 
say [*App name here*] for <not <touching [mouse-pointer v]>> secs
else
continue the above script::control
end
end
end

but we can change it to:

say (costume [name v]::looks) for <not <touching [mouse-pointer v]>> secs

compressing it from it's current 42 blocks to 4.
