In your shop title, you have a shop motto and your hiring status however now emojis/symbols or fancy text. I'd recommend using the leaf emoji in your title since you're forest reviews.

On your front page you have a directory with a few links but not all of them, although you've posted all the pages. You have a banner and credits which is good and about the shop. However, you have got a two-tone welcome message and it looks a bit awkward so I'd recommend using a gradient (Since you're with the White Tiger Federation, you can reply to the acception post and ask for BBCode and we'll give you a gradient or could help re-format your shop professionally!) You should also add links to the directory to make it look uniform

I love how you've used the quote boxes to neaten the shop up although I think you should also change the rules so not ALL of it is underlined as it's hard to tell teh difference between teh customer and employee rules. So I'd recommend it being like this:

Also, instead of spacing things out so much, use quote boxes and the ‘big’ text function to reduce post size. Also, get a bump banner! And use the ‘code’ function to put the full image tags for your banner to make it even easier

I found teh review of my shop but I asked to be notified of my finished product on my profile and there was nothing! Don't forget to notify customers. Also, you should say ‘order complete’ on teh forum too to help when you have a UOC or other customers to avoid confusion.

You have lovely products but need to fix a few presentation and communication issues to help make your shop even more amazing! A few things to look at are:
