First Look 8/10
Awesome! You have a beautiful linked directory that works perfectly alongside your banner. You've got all the credits and a website. The credits are a bit in teh way of teh post so perhaps combine them at the bottom in a ‘credots section’ to neaten things up? I also love the gradient. In your about, it says'We're hiring! Want to work on the BoD or make products for the shop? Fill out the application form!' then talks about the process of being a trainee etc. I found this doesn't encourage me to order so maybe remove the waffle and instead say ‘we put our customers first’ ‘we are accepting partnerships and joining federations’ ‘we offer plentiful services such as banners OCs…’ as it's moreor general and interesting to customers

Your use of quotes, bold and the occasional colour is great! Your posts are easy to read and informative. Perhaps make coloured text bold. (See below for comparison) and be consistent with what is/isn't in quote boxes but overall awesome!
