You need to be more than 18+ years to post your face in the pfp, griffpatch made a face reveal on his youtube because he is more than 18 years. Users that are not more than 18+ can't make face reveals so they get reported.

No, griffpatch did not make a face reveal. A face reveal is when you make a project or video with the primary purpose to reveal your face. Those are not allowed on Scratch. Using your face in a project is allowed (or at least, was, depending on the new rules) so long it’s reveal is not the focus or purpose of the project.
