Buggy Koopa Shell Collision
https://turbowarp.org/544752841/
Mario game, so how to is pretty much self explanatory
When koopa shell movement activates, sometimes, when it collides with something, it goes back and forth. I know how the bug is caused (ish), but i feel like I’m missing something to fix it.
Enemy script can be found in “non-solid objects”
Koopa shell script can be found where the “here” comment is

Buggy Koopa Shell Collision
When I make a koopa shell move, i make it move one way until it collides with something, then I make it move the other way. When the ground tiles start hiding because I’m going far, there is nothing for ther shell to collide with, so it follows me and causes me to lose. I fixed this by letting it free to move one time, then record the position where it collided to use it again for future collisions. I also added pause button compatibility, so it doesnt move when the game is paused (animation will still run). When I do something like get a power up, the game forces everything to freeze for half a second to give a power up effect. The koopa shell then thinks its collided with something, and sets it as its collision point (which is nothing). I know how the bug is caused, i just dont know how to fix it. Edit: i was wrong. There is no script to momentarily stop the enemies from moving.
