It’s possible it’s Chinese. I’m not fluent in the language, but I recognize the symbols.

Well not sure on the language, tried using Google Translate… Anyways seems to be a rip-off version of Scratch, I'm guessing Chinese because Scratch is banned in China.

Yeah that's my best guess… Also the symbols are not Korean, and a bit too complex for Japanese.

To all: The blocks have Chinese. I see no Japanese characters in these blocks.

They are rip-off scratch blocks from fake scratch. They aren’t real.

They don’t seem to translate - “when” or “clicked” don’t translate to any character in Chinese that are in there.

HAHA I GOT IT. IT IS CHINESE LOOK: I translated “play sound” to Chinese simplified and I got the text that is written on the block showing “Screech”

EDIT: GOSH DANG IT I CAN'T POST IMAGES until I'm a scratcher. But anyways use Google Translate, select translate to Chinese Simplified, and type play sound as the input.
