I changed my pfp to a picture i made on scratch, and it just appears up as a blank scratch cat pfp. I waited for like 2 days and still no luck. Any ideas? On my profile where you usually press “change” it looks like a blank scratch cat…

That would be a glitch, I'd suggest reporting it in this forum: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/3/ .

Watch you're language ;D But yeah that's just an annoying glitch. The Scratch Team is aware of it, I believe it's just server lag. Shows up for me, is it a client-side problem?

And it can be hard work to maintain this large a website and work out the little issues when you're a nonprofit with limited team members and several background tasks, so it may take some time.

i have seen this happen before with other users, it seems like a glitch is happening and will recover at some point

in the meantime, do not attempt to change your profile picture, doing it again wont help, this may result in it being stuck on the default avatar

I've done that and it was completely fine… it went to the picture I uploaded the second time after a bit.
