Firefox doesn't protect you from ads, however it blocks a few, which it believes are trackers.
that makes some site think you have an adblocker which is really amuzing

I was mainly in it for some Chrome specific css properties, mainly to blur backgrounds, tested it with my website

that's a whole year old first of all
second the first chromium build in the woolyss site has sync enabled. hover over the word it says sync
