I'm sorry, but because GoGuardian is a school-installed extension, there's nothing we can do. You need to ask your school's network administrator if it is possible for them to whitelist or disable GoGuardian for the Scratch domain. Or you can talk to your teacher/principal/secretary to see if they can send a message to your school's network administrator. I'm sorry that you're having this problem!

This is a GoGuardian problem, that it is scanning the entire editor every few seconds. Try asking your school administrator to disable it on Scratch.

2. We cannot help you with your problem for that is your schools/administrators problem. GoGuardian has nothing to do with Scratch.
