I've seen people make a meter at the top left corner of a scratch game where the number changes depending on how you move it forwards and backward. You could control the meter with your mouse and drag it. I want to make a meter for my customization game, where there's a meter of how high and low you can the mouth.

Do you mean a slider to control the variable? When you display the variable there is an option for that format.
