I've seen a lot of ad-ers and people who break the rules which turned scratch into a war zone, so how about make it so you only get 1 warning before getting banned? That'll teach people a lesson

well some warnings deserve to be a ban if it's taken too far

The ST tend to assess the situation before issuing bans/alerts. I feel like this is adequate and there is currently no need to ramp up the punishments for now. Besides, do you really want more people thinking that the ST is “trying to silence them”?

No, because people can stop after the first warning, but if they don't stop after 2 or 3 warnings then yes, they should be banned.

if they did, you would be banned when your invited to become a scratcher

As I said before, the ST assess the situation, and then hand out punishments from there. If someone clearly won't listen, despite having been warned multiple times, they will be banned. There is currently no need to tighten moderation.

Despite the random post this topic got, some reasons do not deserve a second chance. For example, saying that you’re going to take part in a terrorist attack should get you instantly banned (and reported to the FBI of course).

no support, scratch team punishes people who break rules in accordance with how bad that rulebreaking is
they already do only warn once if the situation calls for it. in fact sometimes they even give 0 warnings!

why break down the distinction between begging people to play a project and the sorts of genuinely abhorrent things that warrant an instaban, those deserve much more than a difference of at most one warning

REJECT. THIS. IDEA. NOW. Seriously, only ONE warning, what if people receive multiple at once? They may be banned in just one click! And even if they didn’t receive that much in one go, at least a few extra warnings would be more sufficient, and don’t count warnings that went onto the account in the same time period, and instead of one, maybe like at least three to five before banned. I give ZERO support on this.
