My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 93.0.4577.63, No Flash version detected

I tired to change my profile picture for three days now, but always when I reload the page, it keeps reseting to the default Scratch icon. You always can see my new profile picture on the forums but not on other pages (like the profile,…). It should work because the it has the right size and the correct resolution but for some reason it doesn't. I tried to clear my browser cache but it didn't work too.

Can you try using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+R? This reloads a page without cache. I can see your profile picture properly.
