I have an image of what it should be like. Here is the image.



Change the padding size on the bar at the top of the screen so people can see it. Also, to get people not annoyed when they are clicking something, make it go the the left side of the screen. That way, it will not get frustrating! If the user is in the editor, the logo will be in the middle of the bar, so there will be a options button under the logo where they can see the full bar.

That is all for my suggestion. Scratch On!

Great idea… or is it?

As you can see, you have to make the header unnecessarily large (in fact, over 2 times as large), to be able to see the redesigned Scratch logo you suggested clearly. Plus, the proposed logo's lack of a white outline doesn't make it stand out as it should (after all, it is a link to the homepage).

To summarise, the logo's design is nice, but I don't think it will work too good with the website.

I agree! That new one would make it less obvious that it's a link and confuse a lot of people.

I prefer the cat holding the flag on the side.
