It's a download page for a browser extension that seems to basically be the Scratch 2.0 equivalent of Scratch Link

Yep, it's the endpoint Scratch 3.0 pages use to fetch the user's current session status and account data.

Not only the indexed one , i tried project with the ID 1 and it worked
